SeedVR2 is a free, browser-based tool that enhances video and image quality and upscales resolution using AI. All processing happens locally in your browser using WebGPU. We do not upload, store, or process your files on any server.

SeedVR2 is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, credit limits, or hidden fees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the service
• Ensure you have the right to process any video or image you upload to the tool
• Not use the service to enhance copyrighted content without authorization

The SeedVR2 website, its design, code, and content are the property of SeedVR2. Enhanced videos and images you create from your own content remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SeedVR2 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Processing quality depends on your browser, device, and the video or image file.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedVR2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
